Can I return or exchange my boots?

What if they’re not what I had in mind and I don’t like them?

EasyCare backs all of our products with a 45-Day Guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied with your product for any reason, EasyCare will gladly credit back the purchase price (excluding our restocking fee) within 45 days of purchase. We take them back in any condition for any reason within that time frame, so you are welcome to use them as much as you’d like and make sure they work for you and your horse.

To return your products, please follow these steps:

  1. Submit a Return Request Form that you can find on our website (under the Customer Service tab, click EasyCare Guarantee).
  2. Check your email. Within two business days after you have submitted your return request, you will receive an email from us that will include two attachments. One is a return shipping label that you can print out and attach to the outside of your packaging. The other is an RMA form that will need to go inside your package with the item(s) you’re returning so we can credit your account when your package arrives at our warehouse.
  3. Place your product(s) and the RMA form in the smallest package you have available.
  4. Attach the shipping label to the outside of the package.
  5. Drop your package off at your nearest post office or UPS location. You will not need to pay anything for shipping as long as you’re using the label you received from us.
  6. Check your credit card activity. Within ten days following the arrival of your package at our warehouse, you will see a credit applied to your account. This refund will be for the price of the products you returned, minus our $12.50 restocking fee (which includes shipping and handling). This is a flat fee, meaning you pay the same fee no matter the size or number of items you are returning.

All retailers, hoof care practitioners, and veterinarians that carry our products also offer this same 45-Day Guarantee. If you did purchase your EasyCare products through one of our partners, please contact the party who sold you the products you wish to return, and they will take care of you. EasyCare cannot provide a refund or credit for items purchased from one of our partners.

Our Guarantee does not cover the following:

  • Adhesives and packing materials
  • Bargain Bin, factory seconds, or products that were purchased as used
  • Boots altered by heat fitting
  • Boots used over steel, aluminum, or composite horseshoes
  • Damage inflicted by omnivorous horses, rodents, or other unusual abuse
  • Glue-On boots, shoes, products, or accessories that are not in their original, unopened packaging

EasyCare, at its sole discretion, may void the Guarantee if a return fits into any one of these categories.
