In an effort to make the return process easier, in November of 2019, EasyCare implemented our 45 Day Satisfaction Guarantee.

If you are not completely satisfied with an EasyCare product, for any reason, you may simply request a return within 45 days of purchase, and EasyCare will gladly refund the purchase price (excluding a shipping/restocking fee).

If you purchased your EasyCare product(s) directly from EasyCare’s website, you may request your return here.

If you purchased your EasyCare product(s) from one of our authorized EasyCare dealers, you may contact that dealer to request a return. Our 45 Day Satisfaction Guarantee covers EasyCare products purchased from our dealers, but returns must be made through the dealer from which you made your purchase.

We do not offer exchanges. All returns will be processed as refunds. If you would like to re-purchase a different style or size, you may do so as a new, separate order. Because hoof boot problems typically arise because of improper fit or function, we ask that you please ensure that you have the correct size and the correct style for your horse’s needs before re-ordering.

Our 45 Day Satisfaction Guarantee does not cover the following products:

  • Adhesives and packing materials.
  • Certified Used products, factory seconds, clearance items, or other products that were purchased as used.
  • Boots altered by heat fitting, or used over steel, aluminum, or composite horseshoes.
  • Damage inflicted by omnivorous horses, rodents, or other unusual abuse.
  • Glue-on boots, shoes, products or accessories that are not in their original, unopened packaging.
    • This includes ALL EasyShoe styles.
    • EasyCare, at its sole discretion, may void the Guarantee if any EasyShoes or glue-on products appear to have been removed from their original packaging.

Please allow up to 10 business days from the date that EasyCare received your return for the credit to appear on your recent credit card activity.

Please contact us with any questions regarding returns.

  1. My horse has laminitis in 3 of his feet. I had him ex-rayed at the local vet clinic and tried their advice and products, didn’t work. Took him to another vet. still have him on bute. He is barefoot now and doing a little better, but cannot stand long on one foot. Hard for shoer to trim him and recommended your cloud boots. I tried hard yesterday to get one of your boots on a front foot, too painful and I am too old to fight him. The shoer had me order a size 2, too small. I will be 83 this year and my horse will be 24 in May. I need to return these boots.
