Our Tucson Arizona warehouse is now empty!
After 18 years of shipping to our customers from this location, we’ve packed it up and moved our warehouse and inventory operations to Dallas, Texas.
Closing the Tucson location was a difficult decision, but that’s the nature of change. Sometimes you have to let things go in order to move forward and write new chapters, and this is an important next chapter for EasyCare.
As we look ahead to 2019, this change helps us focus on improving our customer service and developing products that contribute to the well-being of horses and the horse/human experience. Expect us to continue pushing flexible urethane hoof protection to the next level.
How does the warehouse change impact customers and dealers?
- Our new warehouse will ship quickly on Saturdays and on non-government holidays. This means your order won’t be delayed this December by EasyCare Headquarter’s annual two-week holiday break.
- Tucson customers will no longer be able to visit the local warehouse and pick up a pair of Easyboots or EasyShoes.
One more change in this chapter
We have a new EasyCare Guarantee policy. In a time where most of our competitors take several pages to explain the details of their guarantee, we are making things simple.
We now back all of our products with a 45-day satisfaction guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied with your product for any reason, EasyCare will gladly refund your purchase price or issue an EasyCare credit (excluding shipping and handling) within 45 days of purchase.
