We have a small, intimate team of people who answer the phones when you call EasyCare at 800-447-8836. But we are not just “customer service.” We don’t read off a script or just answer questions with a “yes” or a “no.” So, what is it that makes us “specialists?”

For starters, each team member is trained on each boot product, how they can be used, what types of hooves they fit, as well as tips and tricks to get them to work in unique situations. All of this happens, of course, before we ever talk directly to a customer. We learn about different sizing challenges such as hoof shapes, heel bulb conformation, and pastern thickness. All of the intricate details that are a “make it or break it” on whether or not a boot will fit correctly.

We also have the benefit of daily interactions with the owner and president of EasyCare. We get firsthand information on new designs, how new product samples are tested before they ever get put on the market, and why certain materials are selected for our boots. We can also bring any boot issues our customers are having to our team for discussion and problem solving. We know what we’re talking about when it comes to Easyboots.

Most importantly, we don’t just sell and recommend these products. We use them ourselves. My horses, Billie and Pistol, are wearing four different Easyboot styles in the photo above. Billie has the Easyboot Back Country on her hind hooves and the Easyboot Trail on her front hooves. Pistol is wearing the Easyboot Glove Soft on her hind hooves and the Easyboot Fury Sling on her front hooves.

We get personal experience on the application of the products, which boots we like best for what we do, what we find challenging, and what tricks we have found that work for us on a daily basis. We can provide recommendations based on personal experience and will be honest with you if we don’t think the boot you want will work for your situation. We truly want you to experience the success we get to experience in our own riding.
