The 2009 EasyCare $10,000 Hoof Boot Contest has come to an end. It’s been an incredible year. Over 50 horse and rider teams logged a total of 21,301 miles wearing Easy Boots over their horses hooves.
It was a neck in neck competition for first place this year. Congratulations to first place winner Carla Richardson and horse SS Kharady Khid. This incredible team logged an impressive 1,560 miles wearing the new Easyboot Glue On. The new Easyboot Glove, as well as the Easyboot Epic and Easyboot Bare were seen quite often at these competitions.
The Top Ten results speak for themselves.

The 2009 competition was the first year a junior rider finished in the top ten. Kadee Felton (13 years old) finished 6th place and received $650.00. EasyCare decided to double Kadee’s prize money and sent an extra $650.00 for her college fund. The thirteen year old fits and applies her own boots for training and competition. When the ride season started she was 12. If a 12 year old can fit and apply Easyboots so can you!
