We just completed our 5th top ten 50 this season in Easyboot gloves (tying for 1st place and getting “high vet score”). Our total ride time was approximately 8 hours and 40 minutes making this ride one of the most challenging that we have ever ridden. The terrain fluctuated from hard rocky single track to deep ,deep sand with virtually nothing flat except the beach! However this was one of the most scenic rides I have ever had the pleasure of riding. The views of Morro Bay from the tops of the ridges were astounding. This picture of Remy and me at the 3rd Vet check (7 miles from base camp and home!) doesn’t do it justice but you can see Remy is wearing gloves with gators. I deliberately left the gators loose all day long because I had previously noticed pastern rubs on earlier rides. They did not shift or rub despite the challenging terrain which speaks to the quality and excellence of the glove design itself.
