Elevate Equine Assisted Therapy is a non-profit organization that provides equine-assisted services to children with disabilities. The horses are all rescues who are getting a second chance at a leisurely and loving life here at Elevate.

One of the horses, Comet, has been diagnosed with severe bone spurs and arthritis in his front legs. When we heard Comet’s story, we knew that the Easyboot Cloud could help. Now, Comet is living a comfortable life and enjoying his time spent with the children.

Madison of Elevate Equine Assisted Therapy shares more about Comet’s story:

Comet is a 14.2 hand, 14-year-old Halflinger gelding. He came to us after being pulled from a slaughter truck. Comet initially wanted nothing to do with people and was frantic when he got home. After we gained his trust, Comet became a calm, very lazy, child’s mount. He is amazing with our kids and is so relaxed during our therapeutic sessions. Comet is sweet and perfect for our confidence-building exercises. He loves being showered with love and attention and is kind to even the smallest of creatures (the cat being one of his favorites). He is truly a godsend and we want to give back to him as much as we can. We want to make the rest of his life as comfortable as possible, and we want him to enjoy his time out in the field running and playing with his pasture-mate, Cupid.

In addition to the Cloud, Comet enjoys wearing the Easyboot Trail Original for lessons with the children. We are thrilled to see a happy horse and happy kids!

Today he [Comet] cantered comfortably for the first time in a long time. Thank you to EasyCare and for the love of the horse for helping us get our boy back to himself.

Thank you, Elevate Equine Assisted Therapy, for sharing Comet’s story with us! We are so happy to see Comet happy and comfortable doing what he loves.

  1. I’ve been surfing on-line more than three hours today, yet I never discovered any attention-grabbing article like yours. It’s lovely worth enough for me. Personally, if all website owners and bloggers made good content as you probably did, the net might be a lot more useful than ever before.
