Meet our latest performance horseshoe – the EasyShoe Race! Many horse owners and farriers utilize traditional aluminum horseshoes because of its lightweight qualities. Horses are able to move out and feel their best, which is especially beneficial for competitions judged on confirmation and movement. Now, you can combine the lightweight benefits of aluminum with the caudal support of a composite horseshoe.
The EasyShoe Race is the first-of-its-kind design. The EasyShoe Race is a nail-on/glue-on composite horseshoe with lightweight aluminum racing plates bonded to urethane. Aluminum and urethane are bonded together without any adhesives, eliminating extra weight and height.
The Race has integrated frog support by 3D HoofCare and cuffs for easy gluing. The cuffs are designed for acrylic or urethane adhesives similarly to the EasyShoe Speed Line and Versa Grip Glue.
There’s many ways you can modify the Race. To nail the shoe, simply cut off the cuffs and nail like a traditional shoe. You can also shape the shoe by cutting out the caudal support, allowing it to fit a variety of hoof shapes.
The Race is offered in 6 different sizes and can be shaped to fit a variety of hoof shapes. Sizes are not front and hind specific.
