EasyCare at the 2022 AFA Convention

EasyCare recently attended the 2022 American Farrier Association Convention in Little Rock, Arkansas. This was our third year attending the convention. EasyCare HCP/Vet Dealer Representative, Dan Schroeder, gives us an inside look at the AFA Convention:

“What a week in Little Rock. EasyCare had a great time at the recent AFA Convention. I would say that we had our best year ever, and Little Rock was a cool host town for the event.

The AFA Convention is a great place to go to do some shopping, listen to a presentation, and to get some help with your forging skills. Having done a fair share of forging in the past, never to this level of expertise, my hat is off to all of the competitors. To watch these folks put their skill of forging to the test is quite a sight to see. I always enjoy watching these masters work their steel and make it into a work of art. Well done everyone!

We had plenty of folks stop by our booth and ask about the Versa Grip line of products, along with the Easyboot Remedy. Most of them have used one product or another, mostly the Versa Grip Glue or the 11 Finger Tabs, and they were wanting to see what else we had to offer and to take a look at our new products that will be coming out next year. The Versa Grip Glue is for sure the most asked about product at the show, but the Super Glue options are a close second. The Easyboot Remedy was also a major eye-catcher, with many visitors asking about them and commenting on how they were priced very reasonably. Many of our dealers are buying the Remedy and the Ultimate Remedy and renting them out to their clients.

I can’t say enough good things about this event. I love that I get to go out and chat with everyone about the products. The best part is having someone tell me about how they used them to help a horse that they have been working on and then having great results. Again, many thanks to the AFA, Little Rock, and everyone who stopped by to talk. I had a great time and I’m excited to see you all next year.”
