We here at EasyCare love horses just as much as you guys do and we love our human customers too.

Below you can see a pair of boots that were returned to us to be repaired under warranty. They were full of dirt and were really smelly and disgusting. We love being able to offer our customers are generous return policy and the 90 day repair or replace warranty for all of our products but we really need them to come back clean. You can actually save money on shipping by cleaning all the dirt off first, imagine how much this customer had to pay to ship us the pound of dirt and manure that was in the box!

While we appreciate the boots being sent in clean, one thing you should not do is hose them down and stick them in a box wet and ship them off to us, that is a double yuck.
