EasyCare Quick Studs
Quick Studs are small studs that are quick and easy to apply. You can add them to any EasyShoe of your choice using a drill & the Application Tool. You can add as few or many as you’d like depending on your environment and the horse’s workload, and it’s safe to leave them for riding and turnout. Quick Studs are a great option for snow and ice or riding on roads.
EasyCare Stud Insert Installation Kit
The EasyCare Stud Insert Installation Kit allows you to add threaded inserts to any EasyShoe of your choice. The Stud Insert Kit comes with all of the tools you need to apply threaded inserts, including a Countersink Bit with a Depth Stop, a Hex Wrench, Punch, and Donut. Please note that the threaded inserts are sold separately.
We offer 3/8″ Threaded Inserts and M10 Inserts (Europe only).
From there, you can add any stud of your choice such as road studs or grass studs.
We do not sell 3/8″ studs at this time. You can find a variety of studs at tack shops such as Nunn Finer.
Depending on your choice of stud, you may apply and remove as needed or leave them in for turnout.
EasyShoe Speed Metal Trac
If you don’t want to worry about adding Quick Studs or threaded inserts, you can utilize the EasyShoe Speed Metal Trac, which comes with 4 threaded inserts for 3/8″ studs ready to go.
Not sure which option to choose? EasyCare Quick Studs are often a great choice for ice, snow, and riding on roads. If you are an eventer or show jumper that often rides on grass, we recommend adding a 3/8″ stud for more grip.
